What Does Catering Cost in Curaçao?
It's the first question most people ask when they plan an event in Curaçao: what does catering cost? The honest answer is that it depends on what you have in mind. We don't work with fixed packages, because every menu is personalized. What we can do is explain what determines the price, so you know what to expect and what to send us for a clear quote.
What determines the price of catering?
- Number of guests: more guests means more food, more preparation and more hands in the kitchen.
- Style of catering: bites, a walking dinner, shared platters, a buffet and a sit-down dinner of 3 to 7 courses each ask for something different.
- Your menu: the dishes and ingredients you choose, including any dietary requirements.
- Service: whether we serve on site and clean up afterwards, or deliver everything ready to serve.
- Drinks: a wine pairing by Jeandine, our sommelier, an open bar, or none at all.
- Location and days: for locations further away a call-out fee may apply, and groups can book us for several days.
What's the minimum for catering?
Catering starts from 6 guests, with a minimum spend of $450 per culinary session. Our prices exclude 9% OB, the Curaçao turnover tax. Planning a smaller dinner? Then a private chef at your villa may suit you better.
What's included?
With full service, we take care of the groceries, the cooking, the service and the cleanup, and we can bring tableware and serving platters when needed. With drop-off catering, we deliver everything ready to serve on disposable platters, with hot items in special containers that keep them warm for a while. Your proposal shows exactly what's included.
How do you get a clear quote?
- Send us your date, the number of guests and the location.
- Tell us about the occasion and the style you have in mind.
- Let us know about any allergies and dietary requirements.
- We'll send you a personalized proposal with a clear price. A 25% deposit confirms your date, and we need your final guest count 4 days before the event.
